why does the screen expand extremely large on its own and I am not able to access anything??

my screen widen extremely large and I am not able to use it, receive calls, can not log in, can not access anything and it there is nothing I could do to re-address it, just wait! what's wrong with it and what can I do to use it when this happens???? Please help!!

First reboot the device. Once that's done go to Settings and make sure it's not zoomed in.

Accessibility>Zoom>Off

tap the Screen twice or 3 times with 3 fingers, see if it goes back to normal.
Then, go into setting, accessibility and turn off the 3 finger Zoom feature.
