    Might be able to download it from your cloud backup. Dropbox, Box, whatever. If not look for paid software for data retrieval. Google can be your friend too.

    If you are asking about on an iPhone, go to the "Recently Deleted" folder in the Photos, select the picture and then select "Recover".
    If you deleted a picture from the "Recently Deleted" folder, then you cannot recover it unless you have backed it up somewhere else.

    If you want to recover deleted photos from iPhone, first you can log in to iCloud via web browser to check if you can restore them from the Photos folder. If no, then try to restore the latest backup file from iTunes. But ensure that the last backup is earlier before you deleted your photos. If you have no backup available, then you might need to use some recovery tool for help. Try both methods and see if either one works. Hope this helps.
