A group of already imported photos constantly appearing as New Photos (Photos app - Mac OS), why is it doing this?

A group of already imported photos constantly appearing as New Photos (Photos app - Mac OS)

I have a group of photos (43) that constantly appear as new photos to be imported , although they've already been imported. I've tried to import again, delete, but when connect phone again, shows again as New Photos

Any suggestions?

Is this occurring when you're connecting your iPhone to your computer?

Yes, when connecting phone to computer with cable
