Why is key board slow

recently my keyboard has slowed. Stops in the middle of sentences or ends sentences prematurely. Help

1. What device are you using?
2. Physical or on-screen keyboard? If on-screen, is it the native keyboard or a 3rd-party keyboard?
3. Have you tried rebooting whatever device you are using?
