Not me. I've long deactivated my Google account, but when I did have it, the calendar worked well.

I stopped using Goole Calendar because it never worked consistently for me. The native Calendar application (iOS/OS X) does all I need to do . . . and it always works.

I put all appointments I need to remember in iOS Calendar. I even import meetings from work via e-mail, so yeah, I use it for everything. Never had an issue, never missed an event.

I got rid of my gmail accounts last year, and I got on board with using only the stock Apple calendar. It's flawless, clear and easy, I share calendars with my husband, everything entered on one device shows up on all devices, it's perfect.

I can't use the stock ios calendar. It is so awkward for my uses. Not enough info where I need it and too much where I don't. I have been using Sunrise and like it. Syncs my other calendars well. No hiccups yet *fingers crossed*.

As I have stated in other posts,I need to see with one glance whole week /month appointments. Not just dots on separate days.

I started using electronic calendar devices back in the late 80ths and continued using all my cell phones calendar app till the present iOS native calendar app which works better that any third party app

And yes I mark everything down with detail

I still use my gmail calendar which is integrated into my IOS calendar, it works pretty well, but sometimes my appointments do not show up on the notification screen?

But overall it works good enough for my daily driver and I migrated over from the Blackberry world and so far it's been seamless.

Thanks 'D the whole Google thing was confusing ...
Yes I use the iOS calendar exclusively. I am very well invested into the Apple ecosystem, so iCal works the best for me.

For me, a third party app has to be head and shoulders above the stock one for me to use it. I use the stock calendar, email (even though my email is gmail), weather, reminders, twitter, and podcast apps. I do use Google maps but will likely try the Apple map app again in the future.

Have to post an update. At the moment I'm trying to use outlook app, and it's built in calendar as well. It's handy to have both in one app!
