Just more than 1GB RAM would suffice for me, given that you could probably get the same experience with a more economical processor that maximizes battery life.

The only thing I'd like to see is in software in iOS 9 where you can use two apps at the same time...oh wait, better battery life....I'm gonna need that for that feature.

iPhone 3GS has way longer battery life then iPhone 5s or 6plus

But in addition to that, the app isn't getting extremely better with great processors... So it was good that Apple decided to stick with more or less the same ...
