Will T-Mobile's 700 MHz spectrum improve the signal while inside of buildings?

Hey everyone,

So word on the street is that T-Mobile is acquiring a 700Mhz spectrum all across the United States, I know that T-Mobile has poor building penetration when it comes to getting signal...

1.) does the spectrum improve the signal while inside of buildings?
2.) what else does this entail?

Would love to hear your input if you have t-mobile and are struggling with signal strength.

Allegedly, lower band frequencies (under 1 GHz), allow for better penetration of walls as well as provide greater distances.
