Apple Apps Update Problem?

I am using the iphone 4s, my apps will not update, I press the update button instead of updating, it goes straight into the app, never done this before.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4

Same problem is facing by my ipad mini also hv ios 7.0.4
