What are you expecting from the Apple Event today?

What announcements is everyone expecting today? Haswell MacBook Pros? iPad Mini Retina? Mavericks release date? New iPad?... anything else?

I expect that even before the event starts there will be whining among some in the blogosphere & media that expectations were not met... and Apple is a steaming pile of doom and fail.

Personally, I'm more interested in the release date of Mavericks more than anything else. Now that i have my Apple TV, I'm not interested in any other device at this point.

I'm 100% sure they will announce the Mini 2 with a retina display. I'm looking forward to seeing the redesigned 9.7" iPad. This announcement is going to be awesome.

Sounds exciting!!!! I have always liked the colour production on LCD screens more so than OLED screens.

I think we’ll finally see the release of the Mac Pro ... along with the pricing ... and maybe a 4K display to go along with it... plus the usual cast of characters - new MacBook Pros, new iPads, possibly new iPods... and of course, the general availability of Mavericks...

I expect the fingerprint sensor to be implemented with the new iPads- along with the M7 chip and A7 processor. That would be ideal.

I want to see a Macbook Pro with the new Haswell's...but I wouldn't mind also seeing some form changes in the chassis as well. That is the main thing I'm excited about.

Mavericks release will be nice.

The iPad's I don't really care much about.

They gave spec updates for over 2 years on the non-retina models...it was very obviously getting discontinued.

The retina MBP DID get a spec upgrade.
