    AppleCare reportedly getting an update with new website, support chat, and more

    I purchased Applecare + 20 months ago when I bought my 4S and have yet to use it which is a good thing other than being able to extend calling Apple beyond their 90 day free phone support When I needed to ask them a tech question.
    I am really happy to hear and read about the new format they will be coming out with. A very big step for IOS devices when you need the support to have it's own new website. Great call Apple.
