Question about Selling

Forgive me, I tried to post this in the market place and there was no option to post.

All I want to know is, is there a tutorially to safely sell your iphone 4s?

I am not looking for "Where" rather, how. For instance, do I just remove my sim? How does one "reset" their phone to factory settings?

I just don't want any data on my phone someone can sniff out and take my account.

Remove the SIM card. Go to Settings>general>reset>erase all contents and settings. This will clear everything and it'll be a fresh iPhone.
