Xbox one voice on and off

How does it work I cN control my xbox one with my voice and do everything but when I tell it to turn off than tell it to turn on it doesn't work?

You know, you could keep these in one thread...just sayin'.

You must have the "Wake up Xbox by saying Xbox On" feature selected in settings, otherwise it will not work.
