why i cant sign in in gamecenter

i have a ihpone 5s and try to sign in game center but doesn't let me it apears something about RUIHTTPRequiestErrorDomain error 4.

Welcome to iMore! Where are you trying to sign in? In the App, or in Settings? Are you signed in to Game Center in Settings?
