I'm having a problem with Game Center. I cannot open it at all

When I go to it in my settings it freezes up and when I click on the icon it goes to a white screen and freezes

Welcome to iMore! Have you tried hard resetting your device? To perform a hard reset, hold both the power button and home button down until you see the Apple boot logo. If that doesn't work you may need to restore your phone. I recommend restoring through iTunes and setting your phone up as a new device.
