How do I correct an error in Game Center Name?

Hello how do I correct error in Game Center Name

In game center my name is typed wrong, and I do not use this name except for game center. However somehow they managed to change the name of my Road Side Stand in Hay Day to my email name and changed that now as well. I do not use my email name as my game name, and want to make these corrections. How do I do this please.
