Probably so. East coast of the U.S. has had a rough year. In the mid-Atlantic area at least we just don't have the infrastructure to deal with it. But I'm sure tomorrow's weather would be considered a fine spring day for you.
It is bizarre weather though. Today we got to 50? or so and rainy. Temp is dropping now and it will be snow before daybreak. And then record lows (about 7? expected) tomorrow night. So a 40ish degree swing in 24 hours.

Yeah we are on Celsius weather so your weather is French to me hahaha. I'm looking at 4 degrees tomorrow Celsius so I don't know what that is in usa terms but it's darn warm to us

(C? * 9/5) + 32 = 39.2? F. Also Siri is great for conversions. Just ask her "what is 4 degrees Celsius in Fahrenheit".
You'll be much better off than us since we have 4-8" of snow expected with a low tomorrow night of -13.9?C

Yeah our evening lows are about -20 Celsius right now and highs are about 4. This week....... Last week was minus 30 Celsius all week

Oh yes a snow blower is a must. Your right most winters we don't need one. It has paid for it self.
