A good deal of visitors and members have asked for directions on how to print from an iPhone and/or an iPad, and a majority of the replies is for them to use an AirPrint capable printer. With that in mind, I'm asking you to list your AirPrint printer's make and model so that people can have an idea of which to choose from.

I have a Brother HL-L2380DW Laserjet printer (print-copy-scan) that I purchased a while back from Best Buy, and it was less than $100. What about you?

I'm so glad you started this topic! We don't do a lot of printing at home, and currently do not have a printer. I want to get one, but my husband is not as eager! He feels that we do so little printing that the ink would dry up. But I will be watching this topic closely!

Just bought a Brother J985DW to replace the Pixma... liking it so far! Supposed to be better on inks as well, the Canon have been notorious for wasting expensive ink.

I have a Pixma as well & hate using it because it's terrible on ink. I've been looking at Brother for a while....just may bite the bullet.

I can't tell you when the last time I used an inkjet printer......All of the inkjet printers I've had over the years, sucked up ink as if it were crack or something...

I like it. Every review I read and even website tests said the Brother printers are a lot more economical.

I'm revamping this thread because I'm considering purchasing a printer that has Air Print capabilities for home. It's got to be affordable (aka cheap... affordable is just a much nicer word). I would prefer a laser printer because inkjet printers use way too much ink, which has been mentioned already!

My modem router has a built in AirPrint server, so any printer I plug into it is an AirPrint printer.

Mine gets used about once a month, I still would not be without it. Amazon return labels printed at home mean I can get returns picked up from my door
Printers are not that expensive you know !!

That’s very true. When I was working remotely, I really missed having one. I can print things at work when needed, but some day, I’ll need one at home!
