Someone complained about my domain and the registrar immediately blocked the domain. What to do in this case? I tried to write to the receptionist, but I don't get a response all day.

I suggest to call their support line, that's your best recourse.

A registrar normally does not suspend a domain without a very good reason, so contacting them will allow to clear up the situation.

Usually the registrar gives a warning and gives an opportunity to eliminate the reasons that led to the blocking of the domain. One day I received a complaint about my domain and my registrar https://pananames.com/ was ready to help before blocking the domain. I fixed all the problems and my domain was not blocked. Although yes, I also read many times other registrars can block instantly. And they don't even give any opportunity.

I communicated with support. There is no way to unblock the domain. This is very sad.

Therefore, you need to choose a registrar who is comprehensive in handling complaints.
