Lot's of users are on Watch OS 3 and surely now on 4.
I'd be on wOS 3 now too, if it were a public beta.
Dev beta 4 is already installed on my iPhone 6S Plus, and I will update my iPad Pro later this evening. My Watch is almost done updating to WatchOS 3 beta 4. I don't perceive any problems with any of them...:)
