i have my iPhone upgraded to iOS 9.3 and like to upgrade my watch to public beta 2.2 but won't let me. it restart the watch but doesn't load the software

This isn't a public beta so you'll need to be a registered developer in order to download and install watchOS 2.2. They may make a public beta available at some point so keep checking back with us!
