    Hello there,

I am new in iOS programming and was hoping I could benefit from your insights.

-Do you guys know whether it is possible to get the iPhone's Bluetooth Mac address?

-Secondly, is it possible to get the Bluetooth Mac address of the discovered devices?

I know it can be done when using Android devices but was wondering whether it was possible to do this using existing APIs. If that is not the case, would any of you be so kind to suggest an alternative?

Thanks a lot for your help!

The phone's bluetooth mac is under Settings>> General>> About... but I've no idea how one would pull that in via an app... My guess is there is a way to do it, and it's probably documented how to do it in Apple's Developer Portal resources.

Keith, thanks a lot for replying so quickly!

I do not think I made myself clear enough though. My objective is to gather the Bluetooth Mac address of discovered surrounding devices via my application.

Do you know whether there exists APIs to get these information in my code?
Thanks a lot for you help!
