Apple developer website has lots of information on localizing apps. As for actually translating your apps, you either need to know the target language or pay someone who does.

There is a way to translate targeting Keywords for free! Sensor Tower offers this! Otherwise if you are not willing to pay someone to make a highend translation you could try your luck with the google translator.

You can ask your royal users to translate to their native language from English as they know your app best
