    I need someone to develop an app for me! Or at least some help! I do not have an Mac so please help me develop an app!

    You could try developing the app yourself using a system like GameSalad, which lets you make apps without much programming

    Good luck with that.

    There are thousands of other people claiming to have good app ideas and competing for the attention of any experienced iOS app developer. Some are willing to pay hundreds to many 10's of thousands of dollars. You are uncompetitive.

    Best bet is to buy a Mac and spend a year or so learning how to develop apps yourself.
