Best of luck with the magazine. Is the focus more on games development of regular app development?

Will this be targeting novice programmers primarily? Advanced programming tutorials can be lengthy, complicated, and a little daunting for novices after all. Not to mention the sheer VAST number of novice app programmers out there.
