New App Idea....???

Hey guys, I am new to this forum and I am sorry if I posted this thread in the wrong section. I have an idea for an App but am in no way any kind of developer

What I want would be an application that tells you if the person you are calling have AT&T so they don't charge you for minutes (free mobile 2 mobile). Recently I was low on minutes and didn't want to use the few that I had, my friend needed to make a phone call and said that the person they are trying to reach was an AT&T customer and that I didn't need to worry about him burning my minutes.

The point is that I went into AT&T website and saw that they had a feature that lets you know if the person you are trying to reach uses AT&T and thats the feature I would like to see on my phone. Does such app already exist? And if not is anyone interested in making such app?

Thanks, hopefully someone will take this app into consideration and create and app that MANY people can benefit from. Or I may just try and create one myself

Then that's really simple. Just send http requests in ur app. When it returns the page, use a NSXMLParser to parse out information.
