Seeking iPhone app developer

I am looking for an iPhone developer who knows how to make a simple app, that will:
* Run in background always
* Transmit data to a server (for instance once an hour)
* Receive data from a server

I am a php developer and I will take care of developing the serverside-php app.

Hope there are some iPhone developers out there.

Your Going to have to wait for os 3.0 for push notification services. Until then i cannot help you
