I downloaded, and I paid for that, Pillars of Eternity to be able to play it on Switch but – given to the numerous and continuous bugs – that was not possible at all.
Their answer?

Your notice about the cancellation of purchase was escalated for review and I have to inform you that the right to cancel does not apply in this case".
I asked to Nintendo for a refund not because I changed my mind about the online purchase but because the game has failed and is full of bugs and cannot be played.
Unbelievable.
