I had been getting 3-5 per day. Sometimes from the same phone #. If you reply with Stop, they will unsubscribe you. I don’t get as many now. Should stop altogether after Tuesday.

Man that was sooo annoying. I’ve gotten phone calls and ask numerous time to take me off their list... now I’m getting calls from bangladesh saying my iCloud has been breeched and that I need to call them

I would suggest that you contact your mobile carrier.

For phone calls, you can also block unknown callers on your mobile phone. That's numbers not in your Contacts list and that you haven't called from the phone recently.
You can enable/disable it in Settings, Phone, and Silence Unknown Callers.

For SMS messages, you can also filter out unknown senders. That's for people not in your Contacts list:
