Lease question

Anyone on here know if I lease my phone from Sprint can I buy Apple care and not the Sprint insurance? Apple care seems like a much better deal to me. Thanks in advance!

I think I've read around here somewhere that you can purchase AppleCare+ with a leased iPhone. You might want to contact Apple Support first to find out for sure though.

Yes. I have done it with all my Apple phones. It just won't cover lost or stolen phones.
