Value-for-money 3G/4G provider in US for 20 days?

Which carrier would you suggest for 20 days in the US with enough free 3G/4G data. Not interested into any GPRS data (like some carriers are offering for free) since i will be using iPhone for maps, VoIP calls, etc.

I answered this previously because if you don't have good coverage there is no value no matter what carrier you use. Since you're not under contract, your search should begin with the coverage map for the different carriers. A value isn't a value if the phone has no coverage.

It depends on what area of the country you plan to visit. Coverage will vary. For example, wherein live, AT&T gives me the best coverage. T-Mobile is abysmal. Verizon is meh. Sprint is OK.
Go to the coverage maps on each carrier site and compare coverage.

Does it really matter if the coverage is not there? What good is a bucket of free data if you have zero or spotty coverage?
