It's your billing password not the my Verizon one

It's the password on the account when you call ... The owner sets it up so if accounts in your name you should know it .. If not then I would call Verizon

I believe the default password is the last 4 of your social security number. Give that a try.

As others have stated, it's not the password you use to log into your VZW account... if's a separate, password that you had to have set up ahead of time. Try leaving it blank. That works for most cases.

Blank didn't work, and the last 4 of my social, and the last four of my phone. Sounds like ill have to call verizon.
