    I ordered my iPhone 5 about 1 week ago and haven't had any shipping updates, nor a tracking number. My order still exists however I know it might take 3-4 weeks as the rest of the people who attempt to order it now. My question is, as an AT&T business customer, is there away around the carrier and purchase directly from Apple?

    My experience is Apple sends business account customers back to AT&T.

    jalba3, I'm in the exact same situation as you, only I'm on Verizon. There doesn't seem to be a way to order on Apple's website via our account either.

    Apple store rep said they sometime make exceptions for Verizon business lines. Might wanna give it another try. I'm still S.O.L. w/o any shipping info. Sad thing is that I can go and buy one outright instead of using my upgrade.
