I received 2 calls today, one from Florida and one from Arizona. Both people told me that they were called by me. The person in Florida said that the people on the line had foreign accents and claimed they were in the Washington D.C. area. Well, I live in Wisconsin and do not have a foreign accent. I called AT&T and they said that they showed no outgoing calls from my number and that people can use a 3rd party app to display whatever number they want to when they make a call. I was unaware of this and there is nothing I can do to stop people from using my number (or at least it being displayed as my number). Has anyone else had this problem, or know of which apps that allow this so I can't look into putting a stop to it?
