4G LTE AT&T iPad 3 would work on Rogers?

Hopefully Apple plainly states that the iPad 3 will support international 4G LTE networks, but if not it sounds like anything that works on AT&T's LTE bands will also work on Rogers LTE bands... theoretically.

So far iPads have all been carrier unlocked, so here's hoping:

1) We either get a Rogers LTE iPad 3 officially

2) AT&T LTE iPad 3 "just works"

Are the US GSM models unlocked? I remember Canadian GSM's were.

I hope so too. When I sell my used iPhones on Craigslist, people tend to buy them to take to other countries. iPad could end up the same when I sell it so unlocked would be great.
