    On the 27th of august I checked to see if I was eligible for an upgrade getting ready for the iPhone 5. Called *639#. I got the text saying as a valued customer... Texted again today now that it's close and now I maybe eligible in November? Huh?

    What did I do in a month that changed my eligibility? I guess they are saying I'm not a valued customer to them anymore

    Call them! They let me upgrade a line a month early before. I didn't even have to beg!

    Your upgrade is calculated in three month cycles. Did you change your rate plan? Reduce or remove a data plan? Remove anaything?

    Did you makes changes to your bill to make it cheaper? If so, this is common.
