Has anyone been having CarPlay completely stop and go back to the main unit screen?

Has anyone been having CarPlay completely stop and go back to the main unit screen?
Seems to happen randomly for me. I've reset the phone, the in-dash unit, resetting CarPlay and pairing again.
I'm starting to think it is a bug with iOS.
