Photos option not showing up in iCloud settings

I want to use iCloud photos, but when I go to my settings and click on iCloud, the option for photos isn’t there at all. I’m not sure why it isn’t there, because most of the rest of my apps are there…
I do use a school iPad, so there are some restrictions on it, but I don’t know if that’s related or not. What should I do?

Check with your administrator (the person who controls your school iPad) and see if that have that disabled.
