I have a new iPhone 13 pro and when talking to someone every minute or two sound go mute for few seconds.
When watching YouTube/ Netflix Apple Music there is no this issue.

I don’t know if it is phone issue or iOS issue.

Re: Loudseaker issue on 13Pro

Bad connection, perhaps? Is this occurring with or without using a Bluetooth headset? Have you tried rebooting your iPhone to see if the fixes the problem?

No, it is not bad connection. It happens both via AirPods and via speakerphone.
I rebooted it (reset network settings) and it is the same.
Phone is new, I hope I won’t have to service it already.

To be on the safe side AND because it’s a new iPhone, make a Genius Bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store to have them troubleshoot the issue. By the way, has the iPhone been updated to the most recent iOS version?

I will go to Apple Store and check it.
Yes it is on iOS 15.1. And I can not say if this issue existed on previous iOS since I activated iPhone on Monday.
Thanks.
