Old iPhone Still Says Transferring Data

I just used direct transfer to upgrade to my new phone. My new phone seems like it’s all done loading up, but my old phone still says transferring data with an estimated time remaining of 3 minutes. It’s been like this for an hour. Any thoughts?

I had to cancel it. Sat there for hours. My new phone seemed fully restored. Ended up have to wipe and start over since my Fitness award badges were all missing. Used iCloud the second time and all was well, minus a couple hours of sleep.
