How can I download an JPG image and then name it?

I usually name a file in the Box app. I think Dropbox also has that option.

After downloading the file, open to the Files app, locate the downloaded file, long press on it and then select the rename option.

I would add that before you do anything, be absolutely sure said image isn't copyright protected. That's a legal can of worms you do not want to open.
