My iphone 7 goes in bootloop after update to ios 13.6, I've tried restoring it with iTunes, updating it, flashing ios 14 beta4, and it still bootloops.

Unless something is physically wrong with your iPhone, a few more tries to install should result in success.

Check your battery health under Settings > Battery > Battery Health.

If your battery doesn't need service, and your iPhone continues to frequently restart or turn off:
