    Hello everyone!

Could you guys help me? I'm trying to put up a list of productivity apps for the iPhone... 'cept I don't have an iPhone and the friend I was gonna enlist jumped to a Note 10 (everybody else I know also used Android).

So here I am at iMore, ask you for your know-how!

What are your top 10 iPhone picks for productivity-related apps? Why those? Do you have a favorite> Let's find out!

    Thanks for the help!

You and your friends don't have an iPhone, but you want a top 10 productivity app list? May I ask why?

    Here's 10 I use:
    Documents by Readdle
    Scanner Pro by Readdle
Cam Scanner + l OCR Scanner
    SwiftKey keyboard
    KuaiBoard
    iZip Pro
    Dropbox
    Box
    1Password
    Google Translate

    Why? Because they're useful.

    MS Office
    Office Lens
    MS Translate
    MS One Drive
    Infinity Calculator
    Infinity Converson

I just noticed you specified iPhone. I don’t use MS Office on the iPhone (Except Outlook), only on iPad/
    Laptop.

I travel the world for work (at least I did) Office Lens is great for scanning receipts.

    Translate does a great job.

Infinity was a paid bundle, worth every cent. Powerful calculator with many modes.

I’ve also installed MS Math, but as of yet I haven’t tried it out.

Why don't we use iPhones or why do I want to know? xD

I wrote an article about productivity apps for Android and it wouldn't be right not to do the same for iOS!

These are the ones I use across my iPhone and iPad.

Goodreader - PDF reader/annotater that can hook into OneDrive/Dropbox/etc. I adore this app and hope the devs continue to upgrade it as time goes on.
OneDrive - Glorious to have access to my 1Tb storage in a decent file structure on my phone
Apple Mail - I use this for my work email account
Spark - I use this for my personal email account. I prefer to keep email account in different apps to avoid sending mail from the wrong account, which i've done.
Cozi - synced up calendar and shopping list with my good lady wife.
Duolingo - I'm brushing up on my (very, very) rusty Spanish
Lastpass - Because who can remember the thousands of unique 16 digit, upper case, lower case, number and special character passwords that we are supposed to have...
SAG-AFTRA - I'm an actor, so this app allows me to pay my dues, book classes/seminars and keep up to date with my industry
Zoom - Sad to say that many of my classes/seminars/meetings are now online due to COVID, and they all use this app.
Clock - Yep, the default clock. If it wasn't for this, I would oversleep, or my home made bread would be burned, or I would miss weekly chats with family back home, etc.

Here are the few that I use on a somewhat regular basis:

Stock Mail App (it works well for me and the four different email account that I use on a regular basis)

Google calendar (are use is due to work and it works well for my personal appointments as well)

    The stock Reminders App

    Numbers

    Notes

    Bring (grocery store App)

    Anylist

And these three are ones that I use on an as needed basis:

    Zoom

    Google Meet

    Discord
