Move Selected Data iPhone 5 to New SE - Lightning Male/Male Cable

I have an iPhone 5 classic and a new 2020 iPhone SE. I also have a male/male lightning extension cable. I'd like to transfer my Calendar, Contact List, but no Photos. Can I connect the two devices with the cable and make a simple transfer?
