How can i export 120fps footage in its 120 state and not converted to 30fps

I have been using the moment app. The phones app can take 60fps but in order to get manual settings others are needed. With the moment app i can set 120fps at 1080, and manual frame rate focus etc, perfect. However it saves the file as 30fps.
I want it to stay in 120 so i can speed ramp etc in prem pro later.
Can the moment app do this? if not are there free apps that can?
