Is my ISA taxable if I move to Texas?

I live in the U.K and I’m thinking about moving to Texas in a couple of years and was wondering if my stocks and shares ISA is eligible for tax over there. I know that Texas doesn’t tax income, capital gains and dividends but would this apply for my ISA also?
