What app is this from??

Hello guys. I I am keeping track of my teenage daughter and I got an audio recording of an app. That she is using but I don't know what it is. It almost sounds like Siri's voice giving her the menu options over Bluetooth on her speakers in her car. Do any of you have any idea where I could take this audio snippet and send it to to identify the app? Please help if you can. I would post it here, but I don't see the option to attach a file.

To activate VoiceOver go to Settings > Accessibility > VoiceOver
