The error in question can mean several things. You mention that you "installed itune in my phone". Do you mean you connected your XR to a Windows pc running iTunes? If so then that code can mean (1) that the computer doesn't trust your mobile device, or (2) the XR is locked and you need to unlock it first. Those seem to be the two most common issues with that error code.
