Are there any cons to using wi-fi calling?

The onto one I can think of is that when you are on a wi-fi call in an area without LTE coverage, your call will drop instead of transferring to mobile.

I haven't noticed any issues with Verizon's wifi calling. Seems to work as it's intended. If you're in an area with a low cellular signal, it comes in handy.

Nope, unless you have a shoddy WiFi connection.

I think it’s great. It kicks in when the mobile signal is week or non-existent.

I can’t think of any either. It comes in handy when your cell signal is low.
