Alarm on Apple Watch or alarm/bedtime on iPhone?

I use the bedtime wake up feature on my iPhone and if I wear my watch, it will vibrate and my iPhone phone will play the bedtime wake music.

I’m not a heavy sleeper, so bedtime is what I use & I love it. I don’t like to be jolted awake..it angers me lol. A friend of mine uses bedtime followed 5 minutes later by the alarm on the phone.

Your watch will vibrate & there will be an alert sound on your phone, for both the alarm & bedtime.

My iPhone is in bedtime mode but I also have an alarm on my watch. This way I wake up to soothing music and a vibration on my wrist. My watch also tracks my sleep at night.

I don’t adjust it on weekends, since I don’t use it.

I do adjust it for my vacation.

I have mine set up for M-Th, so it doesn’t go off on weekends. When I’m on vacay, I just turn it off completely.

My alarm have both my phone and watch go off, so that I can hear it. I only have it go off the days I work and when my kids have school.
