iPad Pro 12.9" 1TB better specs?

I was watching Rene Ritchie's video about the iPad Pro, and it sounded as though he was saying the 12.9" 1TB model was a faster processor or more RAM or something than the 256GB or 512GB models.

Can someone clarify this?

I figured that compared to the Air, but I was talking about the other 12.9" Pros (64, 256, 512). FFR just replied that it has 6GB RAM instead of 4.

Probably has to do with the 1 tb of storage .
